I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions. I currently practise in a busy NHS outpatient musculoskeletal department in South Wales, providing evidence-based care to patients with a wide range of injuries and musculoskletal conditions.
I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Physiotherapy from Northumbria University, Newcastle upon Tyne, which I completed with Commendation in 2011. I have been a registered physiotherapist in the UK since 2013 and have also gained extensive international clinical experience, enabling me to work effectively with patients of all ages and from diverse backgrounds.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continuous professional development, integrating the latest research evidence with proven clinical techniques to deliver the highest standard of patient care. My approach focuses on providing effective, personalised treatment plans that help patients recover from pain, restore function, and return to their daily activities as quickly and safely as possible.
